We have been members of the Glass and Glazing Federation since 1990, members of the Conservatory Association since it was founded, a FENSA registered company since FENSA was launched and a TrustMark registered firm since this government initiative was launched in January 2006.

Summer Conservatories has been a TrustMark registered firm since the scheme was launched in January 2006. TrustMark is a Government initiative to help people find reputable firms to do improvement work in the home and garden. TrustMark is based around a set of Government endorsed standards and only registered firms can display the TrustMark logo.

Our technical competence, our trading record and our creditworthiness have been checked. We have signed up to a code of practice that includes mandatory insurance, good health and safety practices and proper dealing with customers. Our quality of work, our trading practices and our customer satisfaction are checked and monitored. We are committed to making our customers aware of any building regulations issues. In addition, our customers have the option to buy a warranty covering the possibility of us going out of business and access to a dispute resolution scheme operated by the Glass and Glazing Federation.
